Le Mont Saint Michel
Built upon a rocky tidal island on the Normandy coastline is the awe-inspiring abbey at Mont Saint Michel. From the towering almost vertiginous heights of the choir to the dark crypts and chapels that lay beneath the surface, the abbey surpasses the surrounding land and sea as if reaching towards the heavens. I feel privileged to have had the opportunity to explore and photograph this architectural marvel, at day and night, to create this body of work.

Mark, caught myself actually saying the word “wow” as I paroozed through your portfolios. I want to see more! I’m assuming these are all digital B/W; how often do you use platinum palladium? We just started that process in school and I absolutely love it.
